Del ***** not playing Tyrus Thomas, Noah or Sefolosha?

he's playing to win because that's what he gets payed to do. Getting the younger players to mold well to one another seems to be the top priority, however, the nba like everything else is a business. Now, if Del ***** was to do what you say and for some reason one of those players got a career ending injury or got traded away, then they would not only go without a winning record, but then their great plan would be flushed away. Don't get me wrong, what you say makes plenty of sense, however, even when a team is in a rebuilding phase they are still trying to remain contenders. I myself am a Noah fan since his first championship season with Florida and would like to see him get more play time, however, I'm not sure if he is ready to be a full time center due to his physique. As you stated, he needs to bulk up, and I also believe he will within the next couple of years.
