I worry that I'm not doing what I need to do to take care of my muscles now that I'm working out everyday...?

About 2 months ago I started hitting the gym 5 days a week, 1-2 hours, taking different cles. I originally started with just doing cardio on the treadmil or eliptical and then lifting free weights or doing the floor machines. After a while, I graduated to a cyclying cl and then zumba. I started doing both almost daily and eventually felt like I had hit a plateau. Now I have switched up my exercise and incorporated yoga, kickboxing, and power pump...in addition to an occasional cycling and zumba. My question is this: what should I be doing to take care of my muscles and body in general while I'm putting it through this much exercising. By the end of the week, I am drained and very fatigued. Please help!
