What's the name of that TV show about an in's daughter?

Several years ago there was a show called Alias, starring Jennifer Garner, in which she thought she was working for the CIA but finds out she's working for the enemy and becomes a double agent. That's the only show I can think of that sounds anything like what you described. Even if that's no the show, you might like Alias too!
