Do ppl that aren't religious still go to religious affiliated schools?

So I'm not into religion at all, and I wanted to know if attending a school that has a specific religigous affiliation would become an issue. I'm interested in Boston College but I know that it is a Jesuit school (keep in mind I'm asian, but don't practice buddhism) Will this become an issue as far as fitting in with the crowd? I don't want to miss the chance of going to a excellent school just because of its' affiliation.
