My config core 2 quad q8400(2.66),dg41rq,2gb ddr2,my sys heat at idle 37 to 47,full load 76,is that normal.?

Ya 76 is absolutely normal but you can still reduce the temp. to lower levels using high end cpu cooler fans and system.
