La Gran Colombia?

It was a Republic formed by Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela and Panama that existed between 1819 and 1831 (Not between 1919 and 1931 like someone said before). It was the political project of Simon Bolivar but it did not last because of a number of reasons, the most important ones where the differences between their regions who sought different objectives and Simon Bolivar's death.
