Bleeding all the time when not on birth control.?

ive been on the pill for nearly two years before i was on it i would bleed all the time sometimes it would be painfull but others i would just bleed and bleed and not feel a thing. i was diagnosed with polycysistic ovaries when i was 14 im now 20 and ready to have a baby but im scared going off the pill will just go back o my old ways of bleeding all the time so how my gonna have a baby if im just gonna bleed?
