Do you think these are acceptable excuses(100% true)to tell colleges why my grades were low junior year?

Listen, as a person with experience trying to help out a youngster, NOBODY WANTS TO HEAR YOUR PROBLEMS -- least of all college administrators. If you feel that you need to do something to make up for your grades, try offering . No, I'm not joking or trying to be a jerk. Good luck.
