How long before I can get kicked out if I don't pay on my note for house, to a private party? Its complicated ?

It depends on how quickly they bring you to court for removal. At that point and in your situation -if you lose the case-I would say the judge would give you 30 days to get out. You cant just kick someone out. Their are legal procedures that must be taken
