Isn't it slightly unsporting of Kuwait to supply Libyan al qaeda with �100m of weapons?

I'm not saying Kuwait doesn't have international business interests and influence but to do it by the gun is slightly underhand, rumour has it the janjaweed have Western (and now Arab (shock!)) hardware and support, if Gadaffi didn't have other African neighbours help would the French, British and American race war attract soo much support?
