My mom is so controlling!!?

my mom is trying to keep me in the house when iwant to live with my dad. she knows we fight ALLLLLL the time!! it would be a better environment for me to live with my dad. he said i could live with him if my mom said it was okay. im 15, ill be 16 on june 12. so what can i say to help let her let me leave??!!? i hate it here!! my parents are having a "meeting" tomrrow night. what are some things i can say?
