What happens to the hair on your arms after you shave them?

I think it is always better to wax then shave, when you wax,and the more you wax, the hair comes out thinner and thinner . A good advice is to dye your arm hair. They have dye for the hair at your arms at any regular Rite aid or CVS pharmacy, and it works really good, because in addition to making the hair lighter in color it also makes it look thinner and blend in more so that your arms don't really look awkwardly naked but just normally more feminine and still natural.
