Why did this dream make me feel like this?

Ok Well...lastnight, I had a weird dream! Well, In the dream..I had to clean up the bathroom, and it had like old soggy stufff in the toilet, and in the bathroom..the bath tub was filled with it, but then i cleaned it out good, even the toilet, then my some chick came into the bathroom and started puking lots on the floor and stuff, and then i just was like "ohh, god, now i dont feel so good" then my sister called and said "mandy you need to watch your nephew..hes very ill.hes vomiting and yeah but hes okay now" then yeah..i woke up and i felt someone naesuous...and ij ust layed there, and...i dont know why i felt sick! i felt sick in the dream also, and i woke up, feeling sick to my tummy a bit...why is this???? this is the second time!
