How do I write a powerful introduction and conclusion?

I am writing an essay on Macbeth for school, the topic is about how the witches, lady macbeth and macbeth's character all caused macbeth to suffer in the end. There is going to three body paragraphs- I know what to write there. But I have no idea how I should start of the introduction and conclusion, I want to make it really powerful and striking. Please help, my essay is due in less than 2 days.
