Is Satan far more intelligent than God?

Since Satan is presumably still at work corrupting things, and God has superpowers, wouldn't this suggest that Satan must be outwitting God at every turn? Unless of course God is a sadist and enjoys Satan's torturing of humanity. Perhaps it's all a game like Sim City or something for God and he doesn't want it to end?
