Lump Under My Left Nipple!!!?

Hi age of 14 almost 15 and under my left nipple i have a little lump when i press it in it hurts a little. there is no felling if i do not press. the rest of me feels fine. i have heard it could be puberty my hormones racing. Is this true or is it something else. I'm extremely worried!!!!!
